LaunchYet is a service provided by BENAMI.CO. By using launchyet.com (the "Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Don’t worry, we’ve kept them as clear and straightforward as possible.

1. Who we are

LaunchYet is a simple, powerful platform to help you create customizable landing pages — complete with user registration, optional payments, and real-time analytics.

It’s built to help you launch fast, test your ideas, and track interest, so you know who’s visiting, signing up, or even paying you. Perfect for MVPs, waitlists, early product ideas, and more.

2. Using LaunchYet

You may use LaunchYet only if you can legally form a binding contract. You must:

1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Provide accurate account info
3. Use the platform for lawful purposes

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments

Some features are free. Some are paid. If you choose a paid plan or enable payments on your landing pages:

1. You'll be responsible for all fees, charges, or payment processing setup
2. LaunchYet may take a small percentage for facilitating these features (we’ll tell you in advance)
3. You must comply with all applicable laws and payment provider terms

4. What we track

LaunchYet gives you real-time insights, including:

1. Who visits your landing page
2. Who signs up
3. Who pays

We track visitor behavior and display it to you through analytics — so you can test, learn, and iterate. You agree not to misuse or resell this data.

5. What you can’t do

Don’t:

1. Use LaunchYet to promote illegal stuff
2. Try to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer our platform
3. Steal other people’s content or violate their rights

If you break the rules, we may suspend or terminate your access. Fair warning!

6. Content & ownership

You own your landing pages and the content you put on them. We own LaunchYet — including the platform, branding, and underlying code.

By using LaunchYet, you grant us permission to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.

7. Termination

You can stop using LaunchYet at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if we believe you’ve violated these Terms, or if we discontinue the service.

8. No guarantees

We do our best, but:

1. We can’t promise LaunchYet will be available 100% of the time
2. We don’t guarantee specific results
3. We’re not liable for any losses from using (or not being able to use) the service

Use it at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We might update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top. By continuing to use LaunchYet after changes go into effect, you agree to the new terms.
